I have done a treatment (injections/filler) with Dr. Schivo, with good results. Too bad she is no longer there :(

I have been a regular customer for five years, and highly recommend Forever institute. I had excellent results with laser treatment for body hair and sun spot removal. The staff is very friendly and professional, and the machines used are often changed to keep up with the latest technologies in esthetics. Ask for Virginie on you next visit!

Audrey is a great esthetician! Went to a few clinics in Geneva and was quite disappointed. Forever Institute is not trying to over sell things you don’t need. I like it about them. I’m fighting my hyperpigmentation and hopefully by the end of my treatment we will succeed!

If you are black/a person of colour, please, stay away. The ladies are great and my laser hair treatment went well. On the other hand, the white, male, and slightly older receptionist made me feel like I did not belong there. He always gave me a really odd and cold vibe, and whenever he was attending to white clients, it was more cheerful. Whilst I don’t expect everyone to be cheerful all the time - I expect that as a customer paying for a service/paying in full and on time - to be treated with respect regardless of my skin colour.

Very professional institute. The skinbooster with dr.Galatoire and the microneedling with Agathe were great. Highly recommended! They are also very nice and welcoming at the reception desk.

This institute was recommended to me, however I wasn’t well received at the reception, and it really felt more of a car dealership than a luxurious beauty institute. I was asked to fill out a very generic form that did not have what I wanted to talk about. During my consultation the person opened the form and made me feel bad about the lack of information instead of noting the limited scope of the form. The consultation was rushed, I was not explained the various services they had to provide. I was there asking about a peeling and was pushed into a conversation about Botox that I made clear was not what I’m asking about. I left the institute with a quote for a treatment that I don’t understand and a perseveration for a cream that I don’t know how to use.
Very underwhelming, do not recommend

Forever Laser Institute is a unique, modern establishment which provides customised treatments with highly qualified and dedicated professionals. The dermatological and aesthetic treatments are highly innovative. I have been amazed by the various treatments received which have greatly improved, nourished and maintained a youthful and radiant result of my skin!
