Very nice and well kept hotel. Staff welcoming and friendly, place was very clean. Well equipped gym with a brilliant view of the airport. Rooms are spacious and well equipment with good tea and coffee facilities, your own full ironing board and iron, a comfy bed with adjustable firmness and a large bathroom. There is shuttle bus between the hotel and airport, and there is also a tram stop 5 min walk away if you want to venture into town. Negative’s where the breakfast, food was basic and not very nice and the air conditioning was limited in the room, which I always find annoying as I like a cold room to sleep in.

My girl friend booked the rooms for us , it was a good stay in general , close to the airport and the station was a few minutes away , thanks you for the restaurant team for their service and the reception also

The room was very good soundproofed and the beds were very confortable. The bathroom is way too small for a family room. The reception desk was overloaded and not very efficient.

Location on point! Service...not so much, was told on the first day breakfast was included, checking out was told no! To the tune of $32 x 2days. There was a deep smell throughout the entire floor with many late-night style party stains to match. They did place an ionizer to freshen the air, but deep steam cleaning is much needed. Casino was fun, but don't trust the autoshufflers to much @ blackjack...my self and one other seasoned player, lost 14 hands in a row!

While checkin for my group the front desk staff was not cooperative and both the guys were rude. Even city tax receipt was not issued saying will get it in the morning. Next day morning the front desk staff were very cooperative and were sorry for the last night behaviour of their colleague.
The breakfast is good and rooms are big

If you miss or delayed ✈️
Better choice to stay in Movenpick geneva.
Excellent bar and restaurent
Casino is the plus

Comfortable room. Great breakfast included. The hotel restaurant is staffed by great people as well.

Very clean, comfortable and everything you expect from a Swiss hotel. Very close to the airport with a good shuttle service
