Do NEVER use Privera estate agents! They are the worse in Geneva, do not come near them, total scammers, a very bad experience

I have had bad impressions about this Regie from the beginning. The more I tried to get in touch with them, the more it confirmed my impressions. No one picks up the phone. Alternatively you may fill a form to contact them, but the replies are so general that they seem to be automatically generated. Lastly we went to a flat view, and the Regie never showed up...

Terrible Service, very unprofessional, do not know how to cooperate with students, are extremely condescending, and do not know how to help with resolving client issues. Their process is very exhaustive and selective, and not worth the overall effort. I was not provided the necessary information to complete my application, and the representative seemed very careless as to wether they assist me or not.

We are client of Privera in Geneva. Today I called the company, as the manager changed (and nobody informed us of this change). I called the general number, and I had to wait for ......9 minutes ! When I finally spoke to the receptionist (a lady from France, working in Switzerland), I asked her if it was normal to wait so long when calling. She replied by: "yes of course !". As Privera is giving a very bad service and image, even for clients, I would rather not suggest this real estate company as a possible partner.

Worst régie ever. Since the administration changed to Privera at the beginning of this year, everything in the building is a mess! They do not fix the broken things and it is 10 times dirtier than before. I wish I could choose 0 stars for the rating.

Only interested in taking your money.
No heating after 10 pm, even if outside it's - 2.
Plumbering is very bad.
No interest for the security of the building.

Very unprofessional, they invited for a group visit of an appointment. And after 30 mins of wait of a big group in cold weather no one appeared
