Great location to catch the train / not haul luggage too far from the airport.
Room was a bit small but serviceable - especially if you're touring considering you're planning to spend most of your time not in your room!
Service was good, no issues with reservation & overall was cost effective for our trip.

The service is a 5 star! They were amazing and did a great job accommodating my special requests.

I am however not so convinced on the relationship price/value they offer. The rooms are really small for such an expensive place, that is rated with 3 stars.
My friends stayed in a 4 star hotel just down the road which was slightly less expensive and I was shocked.

The room we got can hardly be called a room. A toilet juxtaposed inside a room with 2 beds just about enough to allow you to sleep. That is an apt description. And we booked a double bed but got a mail at the last moment that we had booked a twin bed and we need to pay an additional 20 francs for a double bed. The only saving grace was it's proximity to the train station.

Boutique-style hotel in a great location. The “business room for 1” is perfect for one person - stylish and comfortable. Hotel is nicely designed, breakfast has lots of options and staff are friendly. Price is very reasonable. A fantastic find!

I stayed at Hotel Bernina for two weeks while participating in an international law seminar. The hotel’s convenient location, smart prices, and chic amenities (most importantly, aircon) make it a no-brainer. But the real reason to book here is the friendly, competent, and professional staff. I felt very at home and enjoyed chatting with Abraham, Olan, Julio, and many others. The three aforementioned employees radiated excellence and kindness through all their work. They are the reason I will be staying at Hotel Bernina when I visit Geneva next. Thank you, Hotel Bernina for two weeks of quality breakfast, lovely daily housekeeping, good security, and friendliness at all hours of the day.

Room was quite small especially when you have 2 big suitcases, there is no cupboard to hang clothes in, there is no kettle or any cutlery of some sort, it's just a small coffee machine on a desk so if you want hot water, you need to use the coffee machine or pay 2 francs for hot water in the lobby / waiting area. The location is perfect, right opposite the main train station, trams and a walk just down the road to tour bus depot and the fountain. Close to most main attractions in Geneva.
Blocker shutters in the rooms are great if you don't want sun or noise from the street but during the night it's quiet so the shutters aren't needed. The fridge is tiny, took a while to figure out that the fridge was a small box hung on the wall. No microwave which makes it difficult if you want to opt for low budget meal.

I really like this small hotel. Reception desk staff are unfailingly helpful and courteous. Breakfast is sufficient and not overly priced. Rooms are small but cozy, well designed. The location is excellent with proximity to the train station, bus routes, restaurants, the lake, the area where day tours begin. I've stayed in six other hotels in Geneva and this is my first choice.
