I have been to many gastroenterologists , in Italy and Us. Honestly I have never met someone like Mr Dehlavi. Overall he is one of the best doctors I ever met. Caring, professional, precise. Highly recommended!

This was my seventh such GE intervention in Geneva, Chicago and in Ankara and I must say, the simplest, smoothest, and least unpleasant! Dr Dehlavi, and the nurses were extremely kind, gentle and great “bedside manner” and treating patients. I felt very comfortable under their care and I feel great the day after!

Really terrible experience during COVID-19 pandemic.

I am 20 weeks pregnant and, this morning, went to see Dr. Dehlavi. As soon as I entered the clinic, I noticed that none of the three staff at the reception (this included a receptionist and two other staff which looked like nurses or doctors) were wearing a mask - they either had it on their chins or well underneath their noses. There was also no hand sanitizer for patients anywhere in the clinic. They had three people waiting in a very small waiting room with no ventilation. This already made me feel very unsafe, so I decided to wait my turn outside.

What I did not expect was that Dr. Dehlavi himself would not be wearing a mask either in his office. I made it clear that I was pregnant as soon as I entered his office. During the entire consultation, his mask was poorly fitted and was constantly falling down. It would not last more than a couple of seconds over his nose. Most of the time, both his nose and mouth were uncovered. At the end of the consultation, he dared to tell me that being pregnant I need to be careful with COVID-19...

Incredibly unprofessional and irresponsible.

I will never be coming back to this clinic and definitely will not be recommending it to anyone.

This is a doctor who has little interest in his patients' welfare. I would not go to him.

During a February 2021 appointment, Dr. Dehlavi was not properly wearing a mask (his nose was frequently exposed) and his staff were not wearing masks.

When I spoke to Dr. Dehlavi and mentioned my concern that he was not abiding by Swiss COVID regulations, he initially only made excuses, including saying "well, ski stations are open, so what can we do?" He then suggested that if I was concerned about being protected, I should stay at home and not go to doctors.

I asked him if he was following Swiss regulations by not wearing a mask over his mouth and nose, and he acknowledged "no", he was not.

Amazing doctor and a perfect gentleman. After consulting Dr. Dehlavi I completely got rid of my problem which I had been having for years. He is an amazing doctor and a perfect gentleman. He thoroughly examined my problem scientifically as well as psychologically. He held discussions patiently and then reached to the exact root of problem. I am grateful to him and to Dr. Bayi Kuzoe who recommended me to visit Dr. Dehlavi.
I also want to extend my sincere thanks to the staff members assisting Dr. Dehlavi for their welcoming and pleasing behavior.

I would highly recommend Dr Dehlavi, having tried other gastro doctors in Geneva who were dismissive, Dr Dehlavi was able to quickly diagnose the cause of my discomfort and prescribe appropriate treatment.

Très gentil médecin, à l’écoute et doux. Ses assistantes et son infirmière sont également des professionnelles empathiques, humaines et vraiment très compréhensives. Un grand merci pour leur gentillesse et leur professionnalisme. Je ne saurais que recommander ce cabinet.
