UNIQUE AU MONDE !!! Le seul magasin qui refuse de jeter les emballages inutiles de bas de contention ! Soit disant selon les instructions ORALES de Sigvaris, maison mondiale !! Ils doivent retourner les produits AVEC les cartons en cas de réclamation ! J'achète tjs les mêmes depuis 2015... donc je ne vais pas réclamer. Expliquez moi comment une entreprise donne des instructions par oral à ses innombrables distributeurs suisses ?? On s'est moqué de moi et agressivement en plus ! Si le carton est enlevé gratuitement chez moi à Bienne, il l'est aussi chez eux !! Monsieur Botta il existe d'autres entreprises à Bienne à l'écoute

Ich wollte ersatzteil für meine Krüken
Sie haben keine ich soll neue Kaufen.
Muss man alles Entsorgen?
Um den Laden mache ich einen grossen Bogen.

der laden ist für nix!
haben eine werkstatt, können aber nicht mal ein rad an einem rollstuhl montieren. keine lösung für mein problem :(
wo soll ich jetzt hin?

Die Damen der Bedienung waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und was fast noch wichtiger ist, immer guter Laune. Sie haben sich sehr bemüht, meiner Frau den Gebrauch der diversen Anziehhilfen für Kompressionsstrümpfe zu erklären.
