I was a visitor to Biel from Australia and thanks to a personal recommendation I found this professional, efficient and friendly salon willing to take a new client.
From start to finish I received a high standard of attention and loved the colour which Keiran created.. I felt very welcome and was delighted with the results. I highly recommend this salon.

Der beste Coiffeursalon überhaupt! Kompetentes und sehr nettes Personal. Auf alle Wünsche wird eingegangen. Sehr gute Beratung. Es gibt keine einzige Beanstandung.

Super freundliche Beratung und ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Schnitt. Weil noch Zeit war und die Begeisterung des jungen Coiffeurs gross, offerierte er mir noch Zusatzleistungen. Vielen Dank!

À éviter!!! Ma fille est allée jeudi dans ce salon pour un balayage (blond) et une coupe. Lorsqu’elle est arrivée, on lui a dit que ses cheveux étaient très sains. Comme tout a été complètement raté et que la gérante n’accepte aucune responsabilité, nous sommes allées chez Pedro Sanchez à Zurich. Première question du styliste : la coupe a-t-elle été faite par une apprentie? Euh non, elle a soi-disant gagné un prix! Quant à ses cheveux, ils sont maintenant complètement fichus et elle doit attendre au moins 4 mois avant de pouvoir récupérer leurs erreurs. Son avis sur le salon : il devrait fermer. Donc si vous tenez à vos cheveux, fuyez!!!

Ich bin Stammkundin und ging immer sehr zufrieden aus dem Salon raus. Sehr nettes Personal. Ich würde niemanden anders meine Haare anvetrauen ;)

Ich hatte einen bestimmten Haarschnitt als Wunsch, nachdem wir uns besprochen hatten schnitt mir
Melanie Kaiser diesen zu mir passenden Haarschnitt. ???? Anschliessend ein top Haaratyling. Sieht wunderschön aus und bin sehr zufrieden.
