Really nice staff and the nails are well done. We're very happy with the final result. We walked in without appointment on a Saturday and they welcomed us anyway !

Prise de rendez-vous une semaine avant, par téléphone, pour manicure, pédicure et pose de vernis naturel. Le jour arrivé je ne suis pas dans leur agenda.

Les employés ont été très accommodant et charmant, rien à redire sur la prise en charge. Ils m’ont tout de même prise pour manucure et pédicure malgré le salon plein.

Le soin des mains et pieds très bien, mais les cuticules sont arrachées, résultat je saigne sur les deux pieds et mains.

Pas de pose de vernis.

Pas de communication en français possible malheureusement.

Der Kundenservice ist schlecht. Man wird nicht begrüsst, nur mit einer Geste an den Tisch befördert, die Kommunikation ist nicht aufgrund der Sprache, sondern aufgrund der Motivation die Kunden zu verstehen schwierig, die Nagelhaut wurde mir wiederholt stark verletzt, das Resultat lässt wünschen - hauptsache es geht schnell.
Was praktisch ist, ist dass man einen Termin online vereinbaren kann. Ich habe jedoch nie das Gefühl, dass wirklich die Personen auf mich wartet und die ich gebucht habe und hatte bereits mehrere Personen gesehen, die sehr lange gewartet haben.
Alles in allem - nicht zu empfehlen.

Très satisfaite de mon set, je recommande ce salon pour vos ongles. J’ai étais très bien accueillie, je reviendrais sans hésiter. Merci beaucoup

Desgin war eine totale Katastrophe und trotzdem musste ich 80.- zahlen! Der Mann hat meine Nagelhaut TOTAL ruiniert und verletzt. Pedicure ist auch nicht zu empfehlen, da sie nur halbe Sachen machen. Die Hornhaut wurde nicht gründlich entfernt. Für diese Dienstleistung sind die Preise eine frechheit! Einmal und nie wieder!!!

Als erstes muss ich sagen dass das Personal sehr freundlich ist . Also die Frauen die im diesen Laden arbeiten machen ihre Arbeit wirklich gut . Aber diesmal wurden die Fingernägel von ein Mann gemacht . Erstmal hat das länger gedauert als sonst aber das Hauptproblem war gewesen das die Nägel an beiden Daumen nach 10 Tagen abgepatzt sind. Falls ihr in Zukunft trotzdem eure Nägel da machen lasst dann macht den Termin bitte
bei den Frauen.
