I had a brilliant experience with Dr. Von Roten. She had been excellent doctor , mu daughter is now 5.7 years and Dr Von Roten made this journey so special to me.

Very long waiting times, low flexibility and rather unfriendly employees.
Just around the corner there‘s another similar clinic called „Hirslanden“ where I had much better experiences and which I definitely would recommend over this one.

Abfertigung! Lange Wartezeit und bei der 15min Erstkonsultation hoher Zeitdruck. Hatte das Gefühl dass man nicht ernst genommen wird. Nach 10min raus ohne Ergebnis. Rechnung 120.- klar steigen die KK Prämien bei solchen abzockerpreisen. Never again

Habe leider nicht so eine gute Erfahrung gemacht. Es wirkte so als wenn der Arzt keine Zeit hat oder genervt ist, was einem nicht gut tut, wenn man eh schon krank ist und gerne Hilfe bekommen möchte.

Inkompetenz hat einen Namen: Localmed!

Patienten werden vertauscht und überhaupt nicht Ernst genommen (ob die sogenannten Ärzte überhaupt fertig ausgebildet sind? )

Patienten werden für eine Behandlung aufgeboten (selbstverständlich mitten aus dem Arbeitsprozess mit entsprechenden Lohnreduktionen, da "Freizeit") für eine Infusionstherapie und wenn man kommt, fehlen die Laborwerte und die Infusion und das zum wiederholten mal...

Wo bitte sollen die Patienten noch Vertrauen in die Ärzte haben?

Und für diese Schlamperei werden dann noch saftige Rechnungen verschickt...!
