I signed up for a German A1 course since I just arrived in Bern and out of the first 7 classes, 4 were cancelled. Sometimes you find out about the cancellations when you arrive at the school and sometimes you get a one hour notice on the same day.

Given the repeated failure to fulfill their commitments, I have asked for my course money back (paid in advance) but they refuse and give me no options.

By the way, if you need any certification or help for any official exam, this is NOT your school. They don't give you a diploma, they don't help you with the official exams, and they don't even prepare you for them.

I am very disappointed with the treatment and the lack of respect for the students. This course only serves to waste my time and money.

I hope I can continue to tell another version about this school and the way they manage their courses.

Modern, bright and packed with high tech teaching gadgetry. The Klubschule occupies three floors of the Welle 7 building.
Everything is airy and well laid out with spacious class rooms and plenty of seating, coffee machines and automats for cold drinks and chocolates etc.
The lifts are operated via a touch screen surface which in my opinion is not good for the visually impaired as there is no tactile feedback.

Iscritto al corso a Febbraio 2023. Mi hanno cancellato il corso per ben 4 volte e spostato sempre più in la nel tempo. Alla 5 cancellazione ho dovuto accettare un corso serale e inizierò 3 mesi dopo rispetto a quello concordato. Veramente un pessimo inizio per il costo che si va a pagare.

Aggiornamento 18.04.2023:
Dopo aver posticipato il corso (che sarebbe dovuto iniziare il 11.04.2023), io e altre 3 persone ci presentiamo in classe, peccato che il corso era stato spostato alla settimana seguente, senza informare nessuno. Quindi c'è gente che ha spostato appuntamenti e impegni, per scoprire che il corso non ci sarebbe stato.

Also so ein kundenunfreundliches freches Telefonat wie gerade eben hatte ich noch nie bei irgendeiner Dienstleistungsfirma. Ich bin aber sicher das es nicht alle Mitarbeiter betrifft. Ich bin seit Jahrzehnten immer wieder Kundin bei der Migroklubschule.
Aber genervt seufzen am Telefon ist also eine absolute Frechheit. Solches Personal gehört nicht an ein Kundentelefon!

Unfähige Lehrer, schlechtes Bildungsniveau, überteuert. NICHT zu empfehlen! Egomanische Informatiklehrer und andere komische, linke Figuren, die irgendeiner Lqtbg- oder wie auch immer- Minderheitshystheriker-Sekte angehören... Zustände wie bei der SRG! Schlimm dieser Saftladen!!!

Habe kürzlich einen Kochkurs für Senioren (Anfänger) in der Clubschule besucht, (4mal)
Der Einblick in die Koch-Welt hat mich sehr beeindruckt. Die Küche ist hochmodern und bietet viel Platz. Die Leitung durch Liz Joss war sehr professionell und sympathisch. Der Einstieg bei Null, hat mich ziemlich gefordert. Zum Glück waren alle Kollegen extrem hilfsbereit und es ergab sich ein sehr freundschaftliches Ambiente.
