I went to KochOptik in order to have an eye test for the driving license in Basel-Stadt. The person that attended me at the shop not only helped me with the test but she also helped me with the paperwork required translating it to me since Im not a Swiss-German Speaker. Great service and efficiency.

Unfreundliche Mitarbeiter! Dass Sie, mein lieber Herr, eine verzerrte Wahrnehmung haben, ist mir schon in den ersten Sekunden aufgefallen. Aber wie Sie jetzt darauf kommen, dass ich gelogen habe, kann ich nicht nachvollziehen (: Ich glaube, Sie sollten Ihre Arbeitsmoral überdenken. Es schien außerdem so, als könnte Ihre Arbeitskollegin Sie auch nicht besonders leiden. Ich glaube bei Ihrer Antwort verwechseln Sie mich mit einer anderen Kundin, ich bin nicht mit einer Sonnenbrille zu Ihnen gekommen...

Je suis entièrement satisfait de mes nouvelles lunettes de soleil à la vue . Je ne peux que recommander ce magasin , toute l équipe a vraiment été professionnelle et sympathique. Je reviendrai sans hésiter pour mes prochaines lunettes .
