I'm happy to see that all the staff at ZooRose has beef changed except of one who is very proper.
I hope the new staff won't make the same mistakes as the old ones.

Went to zu rose Apotheke this afternoon. The lady gave me 2 if the meds, did not explain to me if it goes with my other meds or not.
For the other med she gave me a slip to collect it on Monday.
Then she give me the receipt copy and it's written on it that I have taken all my meds all , meaning 3 boxes.
Is this how they do business??? Who is the owner??? I want to talk to him/ her!!!!

And last year

Lucky for me that I controlled all the meds that I took with the stickers from the med. I was overcharged. Ist I was told that I was not over overcharged, then I was told that I forgot to take 2 meds. When I went there the lady gave me the 2 meds and I controlled. Again it did not add up. Dr Flex then came to me very angry. She told me if I think she's stealing from me. What can I say except that people make mistake. As for stealing only she know.
Then she controlled with me and had to give me a few more meds telling me that I forgot to collect my meds. No chance of that ever happening. Last year I asked the lady to check if I had receipt of my meds and she tipped it and all the meds came down. I asked her if she's not going to delete. She took all the meds in the back and told me she will do it later . 1 month later I had to pay the full bill that came to almost Chf1000.-
Not going there anymore. Today is the 29.6.2022 & I did not buy any meds from them today but instead of correcting the bill she gave me new payment slip for same amount should have been dated 16.5.2022 instead she dated it 29.6.2022 620.- Let's see if the big boss of Zur rose Apotheke send another bill to my kk.

Sehr unfreundliche Bedienung. Lange Wartezeiten mit vielen älteren und kranken Menschen, was nicht nötig wäre. Bei allen Rezepten werden gleich auch die nicht benötigten Arzneien abgetippt und verklebt. Man macht sich so quasi zum Einzelanbieter. Danach wird das Rezept dem Kunden aber nicht zurückgegeben. Ich musste sehr intervenieren, dass ich mein Rezept wieder bekam, da ich international viel unterwegs bin. Die Assistentin reagierte harsch und ausfallend, dass das Rezept immer bei ihnen bleibe. Ohne mich!

Nach meiner Nasen OP musste ich viele Medis plus Zubehör haben und hatte da tolle Beratung und alles erhalten was ich zur Genesung brauchte. Danke vielmals.

Da wird Reklame gemacht, dass keine Medikamenten und Bezugs check verrechnet werden Beides wurd mir aber soeben belastet. Zudem wurde mir Substitution abgelehnt aufnotiert,dabei wurde ich nicht mal gefragt Diese Apotheke ist m.E. ziemlich fragwürdig (geworden). Bei Versandapotheke funktioniert aber alles bestens.

Super freundlicher und professioneller Kundenservice vom Team, speziell aber von Frau Tanja N. Frau N nimmt sich Zeit auf Fragen und Anliegen einzugehen und hat uns sehr professionell und aeusserst kompetent bedient.

Immer sehr freundlich und augmerksam, sehr praktisch beim einkaufen im Migros, kurz vorbeilaufen, da sehr kurze Wartezeiten. Wurde dafurch zu meiner Stamm Apotheke????
