I always get my printer cartridge refills here because I get more of the same quality ink at a much lower price. I also love the fact that they give me a discount to recycle my empty cartridges!. Friendly staff and fast service.

This shop is a well-kept secret. From the outside you may think that they only provide printers and inks to offices, but they also sell to private customers and their prices are exceptional! Their printers come pre-installed and ready for use, a big plus compared to large electronics stores. Thanks to them over the past 10 years our large family has saved a fortune on ink cartridges! Highly recommended.

I have experienced here one of the most surreal situations in my life. The owner is very aggressive and rude, his team is also very unfriendly. I would never recommend this place to anyone, rather order online or buy print refill at one of the big chains.
When I first went there, I brought my HP tint box to refill, than the owner told me that I am so stupid! that I bought a HP and not a Canon printer. I also had to wait to his "sales" speech that I should change my printer...
It was all still okay, but when I came back after two days to ask for advice, because the refill was not successful and my printer showed empty tint, they blown up! All the team started to be very rude and aggressive, saying that I am cheating and so on... They also wanted to call a police because I haven't immediately left the shop.
Be careful with them!

Friendly stuff, excellent service and the prices are really good. Actually, the re-fill service safes a lot of money and as a + , it's also more sustainable as buying a new one. I highly recommend this place in Basel ????????

I was at the shop this week and am very satisfied with their ink cartridges, they work perfectly well and the printing results are exactly the same as those produced with the original cartridges. Great stuff!

Switzerland is horribly expensive for everything, ink and printers too and this is the cheapest and best supplier of ink and cartridges that we have been able to find. Location is great close to MParc and we normally park there and just go across the road.

Friendly and competent service at very reasonable prices.
I once managed to ruin my cartridge by using force when putting it in, they exchanged it without any charge and with a smile.

I highly recommend them, often cheaper and better than in Germany or OnLine.

Friendly and with good recommendations if you need to buy a new printer. Good quality. I have been buying my ink here for more than 10 years.
