super slow service the people dont look like they want to work long line by the cashier rest of the workers just walk by like nothing while 10 people eait in line

Der Webshop ist nicht so toll. Bei der Eingabe der Personalien (Adresse und Strassennummer) wird man total verwirrt. Meldung kommt, die Strasse würde nicht existieren und es gibt ein separates Feld für die Strassennummer, das aber erst später erscheint, wie aus dem Nichts. Total verwirrend. Wenn man einmal eine Adresse eingegeben hat, kann man sie nicht mehr ändern auf dem Formular. Erst nachdem man bereits bestätigt hat, wenn man denn bestätigen kann, da die Adresse zu Beginn nicht akzeptiert wurde. Hätte den Kauf fast abgebrochen nach dem 3. Versuch. Webshop geht also besser! Viel besser!

Habe einen seit August genutzten Etikettendrucker zur Reparatur hingebracht. Das Gerät müsse zur Reparatur eingesandt werden und es ginge etwa 3 Wochen. Kurzer Hand entschloss sich der Filialleiter meinen Etikettendrucker sofort auszutauschen. Ich ging mit einem neuen Gerät nach Hause, wo ich weitere Dinge beschriften konnte. TOPP Service! Das nenne ich After sale Service ernst genommen. Vielen Dank!
