✅ Legitimate Business

Despite some recent reviews that claim it's a scam, Bodyworld had some issues that made it look like it but I can say that the business is legitimate and still running.

I finally received my order this morning and as a proof, I have attached a picture. Angelo was very kind to offer some freebies as an apology, shown in the picture as well, and after all that we have been through, he deserves this review so everyone can see that he is still working and doing his best for the customers ????????

Some advice that I would give, although he has been showing that to me recently, is making sure to keep the communication during the whole process in any possible way if something else fails. Even the status of an order in case it's not precisely displayed on the user account on the website.

If it takes longer for customers to receive it, they should feel more relieved with an email saying that it's being taken care of or any other comments. Much better if you can provide a precise timescale (for example, this product will be back on X day and / or you will receive it on X day).

Also, having the website updated, along with exact opening times or publications about the shop on Google Maps (like closed a certain day for any reason) would help a lot. For example, which products are actually out of stock, etc. Adding a second language to the website might be beneficial as well.

However, everything was delivered correctly as discussed by email. He clarified some of the challenges they were experiencing, which were inconvenient, but Angelo was still there and willing to go all the way up, which is what matters eventually ????

Quick response to query on order status. Packaging is very safe. Prices are very good compared to competitors, many times a third less. Good range of products.
