Despite choosing a bouquet from the website and being told it would be ready, the bouquet presented was a different one.

An attempt was made to produce another bouquet on the spot which was barely comparable to the one originally purchased. No attempt at an apology.

No attempts to call or explain if there were any issues. Didn't receive the initial order using their website.

Probably one of the worst experiences from a florist I have experienced in any country.

Ein Geschäft wie kein Anderes wenn es um Blumen und Pflanzen geht. Seit vielen Jahren kauft unsere Familie hier jeden Blumenstrauss für jeden Anlass und immer sind es wundervolle Bouquets und Arrangements! Stehts freundlich und kompetent wird hier beraten und bedient. Vom kleineren bis zum grossen Budget ist hier alles dabei. Super!

Perfekt, es waren sehr wenig Kunden im Geschäft, die Schutzmassnahmen waren gut umgesetzt. Die Farben der Blumenarragements waren nicht so ganz meines, ich gehe im neuen Jahr nochmals hin, weil sie sonst tolle aussergewöhnliche Blumengebinde machen.

Einfach bezaubernd, ich liebe diese schönen Blumensträuße und die Atmosphäre die im Laden herscht. Ich hätte aber noch eine frage, ich habe überall auf eurer Webseite nach dem Namen vom Inhaber gesucht und habe ihn nirgends gefunden, könnt ihr mir noch sagen wie der Name des Inhabers lautet?
Das würde mich nähmlich sehr interessieren
