Great services, everything went smooth and fast. I needed an eye check for changing the driving license. Samira and her colleagues will help you for sure to fill-in the form (they have an English version if you're not a German speaker) and all the medical stuff.

I had my spectacles damaged during my trip and came to Beyeler Opik for help. The team was extremely helpful and professional. My spectacles were perfectly fixed. The service and standards at this place are simply amazing!

Went there after unsuccessfully trying to find a suitable pair of glasses in another store in Basel. The difference in the service and in the quality of the frames was brutal! Samira was amazing and has a great eye in finding you the perfect frames. I’m super happy I went there after reading the reviews here!

Fabulous service all round! Jörg, who performed my eye test, was very patient, thorough, knowledgeable and professional. He addressed all my questions - and trust me, there were many. I felt very much at ease. I've now replaced all my lenses, purchased new contact lenses and will certainly be back for more. They are a high-end store, but highly recommended!

Super friendly service!
We live abroad and my wife had a problem with her frame. We were helped without having to pay for the service, got a drink of water while we waited and the frame was even polished.
