Do not make the same mistake as I did!!!! I am waiting for the invoice for 2 months and the invoice is issued retroactively so I already have 5 months in debt and no invoice received. They blame it on post but we have also the application and no updates in there. I did not receive the contract or the card for my son, they blame it on post although my card was well received but without my contract. You need to go in person to raise an issue as you do not get an answer by email, or very vague but then nothing happens in both cases. Vedat is smiling and say it s going to be fixed, weeks later there will be no progress.Vedat said I will receive 100 CHF for closing the contract if I have a B permit,makes a copy out of it, money are never received. Weeks later when I emailed him,he asks if I have a B permit (mind he made a copy for closing the contract) and said money will be sent via account, never received.I left the man an invoice from the hospital and a receipt from the pharmacy,he said money will be transferred in my account,application was not even updated with the documents , not to mention that money were no far received. Conclusion I have almost 3000 CHf debt with these guys and no solution. Do you know where I can raise a complain, to close the contract, anything that might help???

Update 15th of Dec: consultant has been changed, I stated a new back and forth with the new one, I am constantly lied and always they point the finger to someone else: at the beginning they said invoice and contract did not arrive due tot the postal service, I got the invoice in the application and it was issued on 10th of December.
They said my son's card did not arrive because his name is not on the postal box: MIND HE IS 9 YRS OLD, I AM THE OWNER OF THE CONTRACT and the only adult, how can a 9 yr old receive separate documents via Post?
From the total amount of the invoice 291.50 Chf they will give me back only 260 CHF and the receipt from the pharmacy (44 CHF) is not covered.
So I am paying 510 CHF per month and I still have to cover additional expenses. No one that I know has to pay anything, with Css you do! I asked to cancel contract, they do not allow!

So far, the experience it's been terrible! Our doctor's house is MED BASE in Heuwaage, and when I went there, the answered was: "we are not taking new patients". And after 3 phone calls to the CSS hotline, non-one is able to help, either the lack of knowledge or just not being in the mood for service.

Unfortunately after the Callmed service moved from Medgate to Medi24 the quality dropped significantly, resulting in very long wait time for talking with an operator, the inability of receiving a prescription to get medications in emergency when I was not in Switzerland, restricted windows for recurring treatments that previously were opened until the end of the year. All things that Medgate was providing without problems. In the last call the Medi24 operator recommended that I change insurance.

There is always someone in the staff who speaks good english. Office is centrally located. CSS website and mobile app are in English too. I am so far a satisfied CSS customer.

Mails und Anrufe bleiben unbeantwortet. Ich warte seit Monaten auf meine neue Police. Bin mit der Beratung der CSS absolut unzufrieden und einfach nur enttäuscht.

Schätze die Geste der Antwort, es erscheint mir so, dass sich gewisse Dinge unfiltriert gegenüber den Regelungen äussern musste; aus wirtschaftlicher Sicht verstehe ich Sie, doch in Kontrast gestellt mit Ihrem Ablauf und der Dienstleistung für Gesundheit, in der sich Mensch doch allen medizinischen Hilfsmitteln widmen kann, so soll doch das Ziel sein die Wirtschaftlichkeit zu verbessern -u003e Gesellschaftliche Gesundheit zu schaffen. Jedoch wird hier der Weg zu einer kapitalorientierten* Verfahrensweise gesperrt und unter *meines Wissens unabdingbaren* Bedingungen zu Wiederaufnahme in Jahren gesetzt.

Verstehen Sie die Wut, und falls dieser sich ihren Gefühlen verletzend entgegengestellt hat, dann erbitte ich um Entschuldigung bei Ihnen. Das Verständnis ggb. der Logik bereitet mir einfach nur wütende Kopfschmerzen :)

Meinungen ändern sich insgeheim, die CSS Basel ist eine gute Versicherung! Trotzdem muss diese Versicherungsbranche (Viele mit CSS), sich der Gesundheit beim Menschen offener zeigen. Die Transparents ist gefragt! und von Beginn an interessant.

Wir hatten so ein durcheinander mit unsrer alten Krankenkasse.
Wir hatten an 3 Verschiedene Anbieter Zusatzversicherungen.

Danke einer Weiterempfehlung sind wir bei der Css angekommen.
Ich fühle mich sehr aufgehoben bei der Css und mein BeraterSalihu ist sehr kompetent und hat immer eine faire Lösung für uns.

Nachdem ich mehrfach versucht habe, die zuständige Stelle für verlorene Zusatzversicherungen zu kontaktieren und ich nach mehrmaligem Anrufen noch immer keinen Rückruf erhalten habe, hat mir freundlicherweise ein bei der GA Basel beschäftigter Mitarbeiter, Kirill Filippov, geholfen, sodass der Rückruf dann endlich kam und die Angelegenheit geklärt werden konnte.
Ich bin sehr dankbar für den Service dieses Kundenberaters und kann die Angentur besten Gewissens weiterempfehlen.
