Today had a quite an interesting discussion with advisor Mr. Aaron Jasper Fagbuyi. I had my own reservation of thoughts of all what is going now in Switzerland about so called spam calls forcing you to buy or change the existing insurance. Tbh hadn't heard about the company too often before but the way Aaron approached, saw the existing policy, he did not force me to change and even tried to sell anything because I did not want to change my policy. Despite a no business discussion, he spent a lot of time explaining other policies although as a channel partner for various other companies e.g. Zurich. He was calm, patient and very positive guy. Knowing the fact that the visit wouldn't generate a lead, he showed good expertise in all other areas and discussions.

As a company it might be small, but people like Aaron as flagbearers for a company is an asset; who showed great mindset, excellent communication skills and therapeutic approach. Top guy! 10/10 for him even without doing business!!

Had an appointment and visit by Mr. Aaron Fagbuyi. Very patient and good communication skills. He explained in details about the various aspects of Swiss insurance system and convinced my things I've never noticed before.

Excellent customer service, used them for two consecutive years and will continue to do so. A special shout out to Aaron Fagbuyi for going the extra mile! Relatable, accomodating and very efficient. Can highly recommend him.
