A very strange company. I ordered two bottles of expensive wine (two magnum chf375 each). They sent me two 0.75 bottles of cheap wine ~chf 15 each, I asked for a replacement, they sent another bottle of the same cheap wine... Now I asked for my money back. I will write the result...

Exceptional service received from Flaschenpost Services AG, time and time again. When you have a query, their response is very timely, and accurate. Special praise has to be levelled at Yves. Thank you for responding so positively when called on.
That said, I have found not fault with their online portal, which is multilingual. The offerings, of wines, champagne, spirits is offers a good selection at all prices, and also tastes. The descriptions of wines are very good. If you are looking for a different way of purchasing alcohol, you will do very well giving Flaschenpost a try.

Terrible service. Half of my order arrived but without any documentation or a message that the other half was delayed. Had to chase up the other half myself. Ultimately had to email and phone multiple times to chase it up, not a single unprompted message from the company. Final half of the order arrived almost two months after ordering, but still missing a bottle. Again, no apology or even mention (maybe they hoped I wouldn't notice a missing bottle of Gaja...). Finally received a response, and they offer a different more expensive vintage with a miserly 5% discount. Would not recommend using this company for wine, they simply dump the wine outside your door regardless of the weather, and they don't inform you of the delivery time so potentially it sits in the sun, or snow. Wines also don't come in original packaging so potential concern for provenance. They don't seem to have any client focus, and you will need to chase them the whole way. Extremely disappointing service.

I've been waiting for my order since 11 days, no updates, no replies to emails, no callbacks, nothing. It's unacceptable.

Oh, and creating fake 5-star reviews for your page is not going to help you.(just look at all the last few weeks' positive reviews by non-existent users)
Good customer service might.
