You will have the feeling being in Thailand. Don't expect perfection. At the end the work was great... loved my nails. It's not expensive like in other places in Zürich. They don't accept post finance card. Others cards yes. Both girls are friendly. Just one speaks German tho.

Very bad. My appointment for 6pm last Friday was cancelled and I only found this out on arrival which meant a wasted trip. I also tried to call them prior to arrival but no one picks up the telephone. Very annoyed and disappointing.

Ich liebe es zu Violet Nails zu gehen. Es ist jedes Mal wunderbar. Gehe zur Pediküre und geniesse auch den Massagestuhl. Tut alles richtig gut. ????????

Heute hatte ich einen Maniküre Termin, der in der Regel ca. 35 Minuten dauert. Während der Behandlung, erfuhr ich später zufällig, dass für mich Praktikantin zuständig war. Sie machte die Maniküre sehr sorgfältig und am Schluss war ich zufrieden. Aber als Kundin hätte ich informiert werden müssen. Die Prozedere dauerte genau 75 Minuten und am Schluss hatte ich noch Rückenschmerzen und durfte normal bezahlen. Normalerweise, wenn Praktikanten oder Lehrlinge mit Kunden arbeiten, wird nur ein kleiner Preis bezahlt. Wenn überhaupt!

Jeden Monat gehe ich hin und mache diesen eleganten Ombre-Look. Kenne niemand anderes, der das so gut macht wie die Chefin! War 2x irgendwo anders in angeblich guten und vorallem teuren Nagelstudios und niemand kann das so gut (und vorallem schnell) wie Thran. Praktisch alle Arbeitskolleginnen von mir sind auch schon da und wir werden oft angesprochen von Gästen wo wir unsere Nägel machen.

Einziger Nachteil ist, dass die Auszubildenden noch lange nicht die Qualität & Effizienz liefern können wie die Cheffin, aber sie haben eine gute Lehrerin!
