1 star as a shop for bike repair & mechanics: They had to repair same brakes 3 times, each time I had to return it and pay again. Finally got the brakes replaced in another shop, apparently the brakes were not to be saved and should have been replaced immediately.
5 stars as a shop for new bikes: A good and wide variety of models and different frames. Competitive prices and quick preparation.

I decided to replace both hydraulic brakes and one tire of my bicycle in the store.
The person at the store told me that it would cost 180min - 220 max CHF. When I picked my repaired bicycle he asked me for 338 CHF. The person who orally promised me the first price would not admit that he said so. Probably because he didn't want to show his mistake to his boss.

Very helpful, friendly owner and staff. Highly professional, taking time to explain pros and cons of different options (both when repairing, upgrading old or choosing new bicycles.) Never felt like i was pushed to buy unnecessary stuff like I often have in other places.

Had to pay double the price for getting my breaks adjusted than what I am paying normally at the place I have bouhgt my bike (this shop was closed for holidays).
So, my advice: For repairs and service - get a quote first and compare with other shops! Staff has been stressed, unfriendly and short before and after paying the insane bill!
