The staff was very friendly, handled my situation respectfully and I’m very glad they are open on a sunday to provide help and advice. Great pharmacy!

Customer service poor especially when it is about the Post agency that is in the Pharmacy. There is no indication in the opnening hours of the Post and made a trip there for nothing. I simply complained about this and the pharmacist brushed off the complaint saying that I should complain to the Post. Therefore no one is taking the responsibility. I would not recommend this pharmacy in general and definitely not for Post related transactions.

I ordered a German product here and:
• I was promised they would call me when it arrives.
• They told me it would cost 25 CHF.
Days later I walked by and discovered that:
• They received it, but they neglected to notify me.
• The price went from 25 CHF to 48 CHF.
This is completely unreliable behavior.

Took me 25 minutes to pick up a prescription even though there was no line. No idea what the pharmacist was doing for those 25 minutes. Also mixed up on of the items, adding extra time to correct the mix up.

They charge an additional 7-8 chf on every purchase as 'Medikamente/bezugs check'. There are many other apothekes which don't charge this.

Hatte vor paar Tagen eig. eine gute Bewertung geschrieben - die Erfahrung dort gerade hat das aber geändert. Hab einen Verband gekauft, habe 5 Minuten später bemerkt, dass die Packung schon gebraucht war und der Verband fast leer. Bin zurück um ihn umzutauschen: mir wurde dann unterstellt, ich würde einen alten Verband von daheim in einen neuen umtauschen wollen. Ziemliche Frechheit, dass bei so etwas den Kunden nicht geglaubt wird, vor allem wenn man so kurz danach reklamiert. Sehr schade, werde nicht mehr hingehen.

Diskretion scheint ein Fremdwort zu sein in dieser Apotheke, jeder bekommt alles mit, was die Angestellten mit den Kunden besprechen. Am Telefon wurde mir in jovial-fröhlichem Ton bei falscher Interpretation der Sachlage in den Hörer geflötet, dass ich ein dringend benötigtes Medikament, welches ich seit Jahren beziehe, auf keinen Fall vorbeziehen kann. C'est le ton, qui fait la musique? Keine Empfehlung!
