Ich habe 4 Produkte bestellt, eines ist falsch...Ich habe kein Öl für weiß pigmentiertes Parkett bestellt. Icj habe Öl für normales mat dunkel Patkett bestellt.

Wir haben einen wunderschönen Teppich im Teppichhaus gekauft. Die Beratung war kompetent und freundlich. Wir konnten unsere Wünsche vorbringen und fühlten uns nie bedrängt. Das Ladenlokal ist nüchtern eingerichtet. Es fehlt etwas die Ambiance. Der Teppich traf pünktlich wie versprochen gratis bei uns zu Hause ein, den alten konnten wir ebenfalls kostenlos mitgeben. Bei Barzahlung gab's zudem Rabatt. Wir sind mit dem Service voll und ganz zufrieden.

Die Bestellung war einfach. Die Auswahl grosszügig, und die Lieferung erfolgte nach der Vorauszahlung innert weniger Tage. Alles perfekt abgelaufen. Gerne empfehle ich Sie weiter.
