I was THREE MINUTES late for my covid test appointment, and they refused to accommodate me. They argued that they were upholding the principle of Swiss punctuality, but they just looked like they just wanted to go home (it was the last appointment of the day) - The guy was too lazy to even book my rescheduled appointment for the next morning. I wish I could give these guys 0 stars- awful service.

CHF45 antigen rapid test, 12 minute results. Very efficient staff. I've done approx 25 Covid tests over the past year, and this was the most "thorough" nose swap yet

Efficient Covid-19 Antigen test. We were able to book a slot online on the day and received the result/certificate within 15-20 mins.

Most expensive rapid test in the city! Everywhere else it’s 57 CHF. Here they charge 75 CHF. And of all the tests I’ve done (for traveling) they are the most aggressive and painful.

Exceptional staff, I was served by a really polite and well classy lady who's English was flawless and went out of her way to help me find the right medication for my illness.
Excellent and recommendable????????
