I am very impressed by Pragita's highly skilled touch. It has been a profound experience receiving a session by her and I look forward to have more sessions in the future. I felt accurately met in the needs of my body to release tensions and during the treatment I felt that the treatment was not about the single parts, like feet, legs and arms and neck, but that it all came together from the beginning to the end. The effect is also not just relaxation, but an improvement that lasts much longer. It is just great to feel in such good hands and compared to others Pragita really offers a high added value.

I have been seeing Pragita for years. She has helped me tremendously with my cervical spine disorder pre and postoperative. Being a body therapist myself i am not easy to win over. Her Treatments, her hands...she knows exactly where the emphasis should be. I have only positive feedback concerning Pragita‘s fine work.

Pragita Bauer und ich sind Arbeitskolleginnen und von ihr lasse ich mich sehr gern behandeln. Ich kann sie ohne Einschränkung empfehlen. Sie geht auf individuelle Probleme mit großem Einfühlungsvermögen ein und dies in einer bedachten und sachkundigen Weise. Sie behandelt ganzheitlich und betrachtet Körper und Seele gleichermassen, und dies mit Empathie, positiver Energie und Zugewandtheit.

Ich kann mich nur den guten Rezensionen anschließen. Die Rolfing-Massage von Pragita Bauer hat Wunder bewirkt, ich hatte chronische Schmerzen im unteren Rücken und seit ich regelmäßig zur Pragita gehe, geht es mir physisch und psychisch besser.
Ich kann Sie jedem weiterempfehlen, der einfach mal eine Auszeit vom stressigen Alltag braucht.

Pragita ist eine fantastische Körpertherapeutin, die mir in vielen Situationen schon sehr mit ihrer Therapie geholfen hat. Dazu kommt ihre sympathische und freundliche Art, ich habe mich sofort wohl gefühlt.
100%ige Empfehlung!

Conosco e ricevo da Pragita sessioni da tanti tanti anni e mi piace affidarmi alle sue grandi, calde e gentili mani. Mani esperte che con grande intuizione trovano le tensioni e con pazienza e tempo le allentano portando sollievo e rilassamento. Di Pragita apprezzo la professionalità, la sua conoscenza del corpo umano e della fisiologia e della sua lunga esperienza nel lavoro con le persone. Malgrado io abiti in Ticino mi prendo a carico volentieri il viaggio fino a Zurigo per beneficiare di un suo trattamento, soprattutto quando un dolore e/o una tensione fisica non si risolve con i terapeuti locali ... ma anche quando voglio concedermi una sessione SPECIALE :-) grazie Pragita!

Ich hab mich rundum wohl gefühlt während der ganzen Behandlung! Danach habe ich mich leicht und trotzdem geerdet gefühlt. Meine Schulterschmerzen waren weg!
