We had ordered cupcakes for a family member's birthday.

The cupcakes came without any stand (as shown in all pictures on their website) due to which the cakes had touched the walls of the box and even each other.

For the price they are charging, the experience was rather disappointing and I will discourage folks from buying cupcakes for a special occasions from this store.

PS: Attaching photos for reference.

PPS: Maybe I wasn't clear. I didn't have an issue with the cupcake but with how the box was packed. It was ordered from Justeat.ch but the box is of your bakery and not eat.ch. You are responsible for the packaging.

(The reply from the bakery is even more disappointing. It doesn't take much effort to ensure that the box is packed properly. But it's fine. The mistake was mine as a customer. I will definitely be careful next time. Regardless of who delivers, the smart sweet team needs to understand that it is their brand that gets a reputation, not the delivery person. And I can give you the order ID if that can help you verify if I am legit person)

My order was supposed to be a birthday surprise and it turned out to be a huge disappointment. It never arrived and i got charged the full amount. I have receipt and i will report this to Zurich authorities.
