Very nice gentleman, but has little or no clue as to modern technology and alternatives, such as internet TV. Recommended totally unnecessary changes to our system. Spent hours trying to fix something, which another TV specialist sorted in 15 minutes. Rather than charging for hours of wasted work at 170 per hour, he should have admitted upfront that this is not his expertise.
