Dr Kulaksiz was calm and reassuring. He took the time to carefully assess my concerns, and provided helpful feedback. The clinic, outpatient facilities, and investigation were professional, albeit slightly tight on space.

Prof Kulaksiz is highly competent, very focused on patient comfort, and gentle in his approach to the technicalities of the procedure.
His team appeared to be prepared for all eventualities and emergencies (I asked), and the receptionist was exceptionally knowledgeable and welcoming.
Will definitely be back (not before the advised 3 years, though ????).

Professor Dr. Kulaksiz was extremely professional, thorough and detailed in his examination of my condition. He took the time to discuss my condition in depth, explaining every detail and offering practical advice. The individual attention was extremely appreciated and he did not rush at any time. He was also very calm and reassuring. His staff are also warm and friendly and are to be commended for putting patients at ease in preparation for examinations.

As a patient you feel very safe and in good hands and the results, findings and therapies are explained to you very well and so l am very satisfied in the end!
