We've brought our VW here twice now and we're satisfied. They also offer the option of cleaning inside and outside, and one time included it for free.

I'm not very knowledgeable about cars so find it hard to assess if they did there work well. No noticeable issues at least.

Friendly staff.

Very helpful and polite crew. Will not let you alone with your car problem. Also highly recommended for car cleaning. It’s very affordable and fast. Always ask for Mr. Talaj!

I was impressed by the unprofessional behavior of the staff of this Garage.

I have an Audi a4 Cabrio and the previous owner did not give me the code of the Navi, and I' m realizing this only now.
The battery power went down and now the NAVI is asking me for a pin code.
I checked on the manual and it suggests to go to any Audi dealership to have this problem fixed.
After reading this I have visited the closest Audi dealership at that point in time which was Jenatschgarage in Seestrasse 102, 8002 Zürich.
The person who spoke to me seemed to be quite annoyed of my request, and told me that they could not help me and that figuring out the code involves disassembling several parts of the car. In addition he mentioned that they were busy for at least two or three weeks and he recommended me to go to the garage where the car was sold.
After this answer I just walked away, but I do think that this behavior is highly unprofessional and certainly is not in agreement with Audi philosophy of treating their customers.
I cannot believe that such a simple operation of requesting the pin of the NAVI requires disassembling parts of the car and a waiting time in excess of three weeks.
