Stayed here two nights, I very much liked my room on the top floor. The food I found disappointing, the evening meal I ordered was very bland and lacked taste. Breakfast the following morning was very limited, this was due to them still bringing out hot food at 6:50am (opens at 6:30am), poor value as other people later on would have had more choice. I liked the location, with a tram stop a few minutes walk away, parking was also good and easy. I’d stay again, but would eat at other places.

Pro:
- service is friendly
- The bikes that are free for rent are of good quality - it's fun to take them out for a day

Con:
- mattress quality - I just didn't sleep well on it
- Bed is rather small as well
- Room has very expensive furniture, but it isn't very well thought out
- Poor bathroom layout; 100% chance for a flooding if you take a shower
- For me, the whole style of corridors and the hotel itself is too cold. If you like concrete, great, if not, it feels very cold

I probably wouldn't return, simply because I didn't sleep well here.

Very nice cozy hotel. Good location, not far from the metro stop. I stayed in a small room, it was very well organized, very comfortable, and very clean. It has an open shower, coffee machine. It’s a really relaxing room.

I picked this hotel based on it's reviews and price/value for money ratio. And all I am writing here is I SUGGEST YOU DO THE SAME! Read the reviews, believe them, and see for yourself in person :)
A special shoutout to Vivienne at the front desk and Hida in the restaurant who were both fantastic. True hospitality from the heart! Thank you.

Clean and big size room. Big Windows to have a nice viwe. ????
Terrible bath that be completely wet after take a shower!
Safety box doesn't work attall! We asked to repair it. Two persons came to fix it but they couldn't and promised to send a technician but nobody came after!!!!
No refrigerator in the room, but if you order, you can have a chilbox!!
In a crowded area.
Not isolated Windows.
This hotel could be managed and ordered really better than it is now, I think, with a good capacity, but...
I had not excepted to see these problems in a 4 stars hotel in Zurich Switzerland!!!!
There is no need to pay more money (so much) to be better. Just pay more attention to small things! It is my recommendation.

The place is not nearby old town/ down town. But it is not bad . By a nice view.
Room size is good.
The toa and bath was really useless and uncomfortable.
The room's temperatur was uncontrolable!!! If you need to have a fresh or colder air you have to openthe Window!!
All over around this hotel is under conatruction and it was noisy!!
And many other stocks nearby there that make noises 24/7.

Friendly staff, nice and clean rooms, easy accessible parking garage with charging station for electric cars, quiet location, good Wifi, nice terrace, easy to go to the city center by tram in 15 min. A very pleasant hotel.

Conveniently located hotel, close to transportation, quiet location. Great restaurant on site. Large selection of food for breakfast. Excellent service, the missing set of towels was delivered immediately. Fast WiFi. Thank you for your services.
