Wrong item or item that doesn't match at all the description given. I was waiting for a black stroller and recived a pink canopy. I order the article again thinking that it was just a mistake but again same thing happened. Fortunately, i got my money back quickly.

Great products at convenient price. Fast Service and good the return policy sometimes useful when a product is not exactly what you expect. The search tool is very useful to look for brands or specific products. As a note for improvement, the colors of the pictures are not always matching the real ones and it would be appreciated more brands/products in the catalog for kids.

Stay away from these scammers and the worse company in Switzerland. I have never dealt with such bad customer service in this country. Stick with Galaxus, always reliable and fast!

Bought items and they couldn’t ship it on expected dates- which is okay, I asked for a refund because they offered.Emailed them with multiple emails and no reply. And when someone replied they asked me if I wanted a refund AGAIN and ignored all my previous emails, stating that I cannot refund if shipping has started, and then proceeded to ship the items (after I asked got a refund AGAIN immediately)

A perfect set for every day use in the kitchen. Those 2 knives are all one needs ! I have now bought a set for each of my daughters and they too have disguarded all other knives and use just those two super ones. We truly recommend them to all cooks!

I have set up the delivery for a proper day (as we were not home) and it was delivered 4 days earlier.

Additionally the Blackrolls did not have a package and I have ordered them as a gift.
So I am not satisfied with this order.

Very bad customer service.

It’s the third time that I have had a problem with a purchase this year and last year it was the same. In order to solve any problem, you have to call several times, send several emails to reach the conclusion that they can't solve anything for you, their only solution is to give discount vouchers, which I don't want, I want a solution to what I bought.

There's always a problem with what you buy at Dean Deal and from what I've seen in these two years and from what I have spoken with my neighbors, no one who works at the company really cares about customer service.

They will never reach the level of companies like Galaxus.

Fast delivery, excellent customer service, fast and efficient. The only negative points relate to shipment costs and return costs. All the rest is positive so far
