The best Apotheke in Zürich! Luana is the most knowledgeable pharmacist ever, she is super friendly. I always get detailed medical information and advice (as well, great prices & sales). Thank you.

The most expensive pharmacy in Zurich! (in another pharmacy I bought Defalgan 16 Stk cheaper !) but then I found out on the check that I paid 57 CHF for the medicines, and the check was 81.75 CHF in total! each drug like Defalgan stuck a sticker with information from my prescription. But! then the pharmacist checked whether everything was correct in the check and for this 3.25 francs! Because of this, the cost of medicines increased by 43%. I am from Ukraine and I pay everything in cash. I am not asking for help from either the state of Switzerland or the pharmacy, but why deceive like that. but the pharmacist was very polite!!!

A very messy female pharmacist, kept making mistakes with the cashier and finally made me pay half with the card (she realised after i paid and said please don't pay but was already done) and then asked me to pay the rest in cash. Then gave me only the receipt of the card payment and when i said sorry i need to full amount for the insurance she printed 3 more things and eventually managed to create one complete receipr. Slow, messy, sorry this is not the way.
