Super awesome workout! Sounds so simple, but maaan it's challenging! What I love the most is 1. how short it is 2. how you can measure your progress 3. the bodyscans to track your body composition! 100% recommended.

I really enjoy the short but intense workouts at Aurum. I do them once a week in addition to 2 regular gym sessions and it really makes a difference in terms of absolute power. I was able to increase my weight on several exercises by up to 50% thanks to a strong training at Aurum before. I can highly recommend this to build lean muscle mass, get fit and see real progress, doesn't matter whether you're a gym fanatic or a beginner, you will see progress fast. Thank you for the great concept!

No one believes me when I say you can get the best workout in only six minutes. It's great to be able to really see and feel your progress during each session. Each week you are competing against yourself, and being able to see the results in real time makes you push even more to beat your last score. With the bodyscans you also get to see how your body is changing. Fantastic! Oh, did I mention it's only 6 minutes!?!?

Amazing concept amazing training with high quality professional trainers. Only 6 minutes per week and yet the benefits are higher than a daily workout. Love it ! Totally addicted and so is my body. Congratulations to the team at Aurum.

Love it! The training is something I have never experienced before..You will feel your muscles in a totally different way. In a way, you could never Imagine. You just need to try it out to understand what I mean.. The Team is very very cool, they know everything! And the concept is just amazing!

Amazing workout with 6 minute sof high intensity training per week. Perfect for busy work schedules and surprisingly intense and fulfilling. You have to try to believe it! Workouts adapting to all levels of fitness, and I personally love to challenge myself to better myself week after week!

I recently joined Aurum, and absolutely love it. Everyone who works there is very friendly and knowledgeable. You get a personalized and efficient work out in just 20 minutes. My favorite feature is the analytics, I like to see tangible progress every single time, it keeps me motivated to improve.

An intense and highly effective workout that pushes you to your limits. Can only highly recommend it to anyone that enjoys Resistance weight training. Aurum has become part of my regular workout routine.
