Keren coached us in a perfect way during our Leadership Team Meeting using different utils. The fitness degree of the people was very diverse but he manages to keep everyone highly motivated and doing the exercises on the level everybody is comfortable with it. Nevertheless it was not easy and I felt all my muscles afterwards ;) I can highly recommend Karen as a sympathetic Personal Trainer who works highly professional with a deep knowledge.

My colleagues from work and me meet with Keren once a week for an one hour bootcamp training. Keren is simply the best, he keeps our group motivated since years and seems to have an endless repertoire of exercises, the lessons with him are very varied. Try it out yourself, you will not regret it.

A savvy professional who knows what he is doing and loves his job. I’ve known Keren for years and I’ve seen how he works with his clients and how focused he is on improving their wellbeing. His set of skills coupled with his positive attitude and patience is what personal training is all about.

Keren has been a very important person in my life since I moved to Zurich for keeping my sanity intact and my body fit. He always has a big smile and makes sure that you are content . He is one of the rare self motivated people and always always works out with you, never watches from afar, making sure he delivers and that you are aligned so that you leave happy after working out. He has been a milestone in my life in Zurich after moving to another city since University. Thank you Keren for all you have done. I would not survive in my challenging work environment without you.
