Very friendly, helpful and competent staff. We have tried a few different praxis while travelling with our dog around Europe, and this praxis is by far the best!

Selling unnecessary products. If you don't know anything about medicine, you'll get sold a lot of stuff that is not necessary. Like when a GP does an ultrasonic with every stomach ache patient and sells a bag full of medicine from his own pharmacy just to charge more (and I am writing as a medical professional).

Besides that, nice and friendly reception.
Still, we will not go there anymore and would not recommend it to somebody else.

Very happy with the competence of the staff. They're in my experience very nice and easy to talk to. I have been taking my cats here for some time.

Really friendly front office staff. And the doctors took great care of our bunny who started to have the sniffles. Thank you!

Not enough professional doctors, really fast and NOT EXPERIENCED with small animals like Degus.
Because of this incompetence and superficial checks, we lost our one.
They gave us the wrong medicine for a month for something he didnt have.
They should have had just checked the teeth, the main part that, as we discovered , EVERY DOCTOR check first!
They cured him for bronchitis and he died with a lot of pain for nothing.

They even called us after he died explaining that for them is not easy to control the teeth, but checking with other 5 Tierpraxis they explained us that this control is normal routine for all of them.

IF YOU CANT HANDLE SMALL ANIMALS, DONT ACCEPT THEM!
