Wonderful international selection on the top floor with Italian, English and French books and - if you're looking for something they don't have in store - they can easily order if for you. It usually arrives within 5 days, which is pretty good. I also like the atmosphere, and how kind the staff always is (also when you don't speak German).

Great selection of books, prime location for anyone visiting Zurich. Excellent service at the Starbucks though good luck finding a seat. Everyone knows this place is great so it gets the attention it deserves.

Very nice book store in Zurich's city center, offers a wide variety of books from all walks of literature and languages, and the staff was very helpful. Normally, lots of students sit there and In the upper floor one can find a Starbucks kiosk with fine coffee and snacks.

There is Starbucks inside, you can grab a mug of tea or coffee and drink it while browsing books. Pretty nice.
