I came here on the advice of a friend, however I was really dissatisfied with my pistachio ice cream. Although they added some nuts, it still tasted artificial and was not that good. Therefore, I strongly advise tasting it before placing an order. The location is excellent and convenient to Zurich Lake. It cost 4.5 fr, which is typical for Zurich.

Despite the long take-out line, the service went quick and I was served within a few minutes even if I was behind in the line. Ice cream itself is your generic movenpick taste but they do have a wide selection.

Great to a get a scoop or two before you explore the Bellevue area of Zurich. The lines can be extra long on a hot day or if there is an event in the area — which, seasonally, there is.

We were here briefly and were lucky enough to catch a table. The waitress, a blonde lady, was super friendly. I have not experienced such a friendly service for a long time. Keep up the good work.

The Mövenpick ice cream is not for everyone, I like it. Everything was good here.

The mint chocolate flavor does not taste like toothpaste! Mango and Cream, Coconut, Caramelita… are appropriately sweet. Chocolate and salted caramel has a great balance. Most chocolate flavors are good tbh and chocolate is chocolate! Though sorbets like passion fruit and mango was a no for me ????????u200d♀️ the sour nodes didn’t stick. And their waffle’s also pretty great!

They have many wonderful flavors of ice cream here. Some are not sold in the regular supermarkets. So I usually get the exotic flavors from here. But you have to buy the big bucket which comes in 2.4L for 36 CHF. Their mint chocolate is great w a lot of chocolate, could be a bit more minty, coconut flavor is also excellent.

I always buy icecream here but I will never come here anymore. I had a terrible experience this Sunday 18 June. I don’t understand why a ice cream store need to set up two servers with pin machine in front of the door to slow down the order process , plus with bad attitude. I already paid with the lady and go in to take my order , but the guy call me out said I didn’t pay so cannot enter . I’m shocked, because the way he call me out feels like I’m a thief and wanted to steal something. He is unbelievable rude to call me out! It’s just a ice-cream shop , not a national museum or diamond shop or police station ! Why the shop even pay these people to be rude to customers?

Went in a little under an hour before closing, it wasn’t busy at all. Super quick service, friendly staff! Ordered the brownie and 1 scoop of ice cream, it was great. No complaints, worth a try!
