We are satisfied with our Orea kitchen. However, trying to get an extension for it has been a 2-year novel, in part due to the pandemic situation, but also responsiveness from Orea has been very poor. Now we finally got the setup built but the stone on top was too large and work could not be finished. We've been calling orea for the last 4 weeks (!!) and their response is always "we will call you back", which never happens... It's not our style to resort to internet exposure, but we don't know what else to do to get the job done. The whole stress could have been avoided with better customer communication...

Update after the original post: problem was solved in 2 days. Thank you.

Wir durften im OREA ein Livestream für eine virtuelle Degustation durchführen. Die Location ist top, die Mitarbeiter sind sehr zuvorkommend und gastfreundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder - herzlichen Dank an das ganze Team.

Sehr schöne Ausstellung und sehr kompetente Beratung. Die Ausstellung sieht sehr hochwertig und exklusiv aus, es gibt aber auch eine grosse Auswahl und schöne Küchen für „normale Budgets“.

Hier fühlt man sich gleich Zuhause, das Team lebt und liebt Kochen. Sie planen und gestalten mit Herzblut schöne Plätze im Haus. Auch findet man immer wieder neue frische Ideen und Materialien.
