The staff is absolutely fantastic: they have a great sense for details and this translates in extremely good consultation. The assortment of frames and lenses is broad and they gave suggestions not only on shape but also on fit and colour (based on my skin tone).
Best optician in Zurich.

Bonus points: if you are lucky two cute dogs will come around and give you love ????

Very professional and kind personnel will gladly welcome you in this cosy environment and give you all the care required. I feel very happy about choosing this place for our eye check and am looking forward to returning one day. I would definitely recommend this shop. Thank you for the very personal approach. One could only wish this would be the standard.

Don't go unless you want to meet the friendliest crew ever.
I walked in only because I promised my GF that I'd visit at least 4 stores. I had even decided on a pair of glasses from another place. I walk in all uninterested and before I realized, I was having the friendliest conversation with the owner who went out of his way to consult me.
Now I'm the owner of two awesome new glasses and couldn't be happier.

Very competent and friendly.
Good prices too.

THE BEST OPTIK! Stylish glasses, friendly attitude! My son is happy about his glasses, likes them a lot, and has good vision now due to high quality lenses. I am very much grateful that they helped to pick up lenses in which I feel much more confortable! All the people who work there love what they do and do it very efficiently and with great pleasure! Highly recommended!

The lady was so kind to fix my glasses (one of my lenses popped out), and also straighten them for my face, all in just a few minutes. Amazing and kind staff, highly recommended!

Es ist einfach unglaublich!! Wir sind Flüchtlinge aus der Ukraine, wir kamen wegen einer Brille um Hilfe. Der Service ist einfach unglaublich!! Alle Eingriffe und die Brille selbst waren für uns kostenlos, trotzdem wurden wir wie echte Käufer behandelt. Ich mochte es sehr. Vielen Dank !
