CHF 130.- just to check on my throat.
I had to wait 1.5hours to get informed that I need to give a blood sample.
To give the sample, I waited another 30 minutes and it took them more than 1 hour to get the results from the blood sample. When I asked the at the counter why, it takes so long, they told me to go back to the waiting area.
So I spent 3 hours in total just for them to give me some painkillers and an overpriced bill? The doctor did not care about me at all and let me to choose from 3 options: 1) take antibiotics 2) come again in a few days and check on my throat again or 3) get a prescription to buy antibiotics from the pharmacy.
I am very very disappointed and angry. This is such a bad doctor's office. Please don’t go there. It’s not worth it. ????????

Professional and always open. If I were to go to my regular doctor I would have to wait 1 month to get an appointment. Here I just walked in and got looked at.

I will not go to this place ever again!
I came with an inflamed eye. The doctor didn’t even take a close look at my eye just told me that it looks fine to him. He yelled at me when I told him that I’m in pain and need help. So he did nothing to help but humiliated me. Not to mention that waiting time was 2,5 hours
P.S. Same day I was diagnosed with a bacterial infection in another clinic

Do NOT go there. Absolutely horrible - long wait time and then they just skip you because they think you left while you were always there. No apology and obviously do not care. Doctor did nothing more than what any doctor via telemed could have done. He also made himself sound like s hero because when he was sick he was still working (and possibly spreading a viral infection) while making you sound like you take your symptoms too serious. If you can avoid it, do NOT go there!

my experience with the nurses/entry management was very good (super fast and friendly).
had quite a bad impression from the doctor though. obviously i did not study medicine so it’s difficult to judge but i really left with the impression that the doctor has not done this either.

Terrible service - I had an accident and wanted to get checked if I had a broken bone. The receptionist told me to get there 1.5h before closing. When I arrived there 2h beforehand after having cancelled work meetings etc. they told me they couldn’t attend me.

Immediate appointment, quick registration, was promptly seen and had an x-ray taken, had medication and was referred onwards within 30m of walking in

Also quite friendly at reception and doctor's office

-Very nice team of nurses and a great doctor who explained everything very clear.
-Top location
-Waiting exists around the world in every doctors office and here it was normal.
