Very nice store good selection arrows the music spectrum. Had a wide range of albums and CD’s, also a full blown section of instruments and also sheet music and what looked like guides. If you’re looking for music related things seems to have a bit of everything.

Guess I caught them on a bad day. They were not really helpful today. Despite waiting around for quite sometime, still didn't get a salesperson to help me out. But their collections are noteworthy. They don't have Yamaha or the Lava Me guitars. The reason why the presence of a salesperson is necessary is beacuse we need them to try our a guitar. Meaning, if there's no one there, you don't get to try them out. Like I said, I might have caught them on an off-day.

Located in central Zurich next to churches and city center. Everyone works here is super friendly and helpful. Every floor specializes different instruments and expertises. Had a wonderful experience visiting here, trying the instruments and chatting with the staffs.

First, the worker ignored me for more than 5 minutes because of some phone call, even though I was standing right in front of him. I had to go to another floor and check with other workers if I can try out the pianos, all while he was on the phone ignoring me. Then, after trying out some pianos for no more than a few minutes, he approached and interrupted me very rudely, telling me I am not allowed to play anymore. And this was the first time he addressed me, he did not even bother to say hi. An extremely unpleasant and disrespectful experience.

If you are serious about buying/renting a piano in Zurich, you should check out some smaller businesses. The prices are usually better, but more importantly, the service is great (unlike here)!

I am not a customer yet. I am looking for someone to tune my piano. I visited them, clearly explaining I won't buy a piano. But since they have an amazing store, I was also curious to test some. They have been very friendly, most pianos were perfectly prepared. They have an amazing stock that allows you to test a large variety of instruments. I will go back there and probably chose them for future services. Some of there pianos though were slightly over-priced. Well, this is Zurich, so still worth 5 stars.

An awesome store for music instruments and accessories. Bought couple of strings for violin. I visited this store few years back. It is walkable distance from central station. Musik Hug has a mesmerising workshop/museum of violin. Mr.Burger is a friendly gentleman who is the main technician/person in charge of this workshop. He allowed me to took some pictures. Even he was so busy with his work, Mr.Burger explained me about each process of reinstallation of violin. Will visit again Musik Hug, if I revisit Zurich.
