Find another shop. Clearly they are not the place to go with so many other good shops in the area. Poor customer service. Inflexible. Only are able to sell the models that are out and have been handled by who knows how many people.

Top shop for great shades! Had a very warm first welcome, they serviced my old Moscot for free. They have a broad collection of Moscot shades and other great brands. Bought here my first lovely GLCO sunglasses. Will come back.

Ich war heute bei Pascal Burri. Er war sehr kompetent und hat direkt eine Vergleichsuntersuchung vorgenommen. Er nicht einmal über den anderen Optiker negativ bewertet. Das zeigt wie professionell dieses Unternehmen ist ;-) top! Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen

Erstanpassung von Kontaktlinsen hat perfekt geklappt. Auch das Handling wurde mir super erklärt. Weiter so ❤️

Super freundliche Mitarbeiter und mit überragender Fachkompetenz!
Ich musste spontan Kontaktlinsen haben (da ich meine Zuhause vergessen hatte). Sie wussten, dass ich alle 3 Monaten meine Kontaktlinsen bei Burri Optik beziehe und händigten somit für den einen Abend ein Paar der Kontaktlinsen spontan einfach so aus. Ein Service welcher ich zu schätzen weiss.
