I don't understand the negative reviews about this place, the owners are very professional and polite. They have a wide range of items at fair prices, I could easily spend all day here. Would highly recommend to anyone in the area!

Extremely knowledgeable staff with a wonderful array of historical pieces and some really uncommon precious metal collectables.
Only a small store that can be very busy at times. Wait nicely and politely and
Your patients is gratefully acknowledged as they can only serve one or two customers at a time.
The level of service iv received here is exceptional every time.

Very unfriendly and arrogant owner. I came as a curious beginner of numismatic's hobby and they threated me as some kind of manace. Shop owners in Switzerland are usually very professional and friendly but this one was unfortunately one negative exception. I will never step again in this shop.

nice coins i bought from Dietrich and he was helpful...the prices normal for swiss coins...
i put 5 stars also because i saw the owner be kind and let child with special needs searching coins to the floor...
lovely..

Bad customer service:
Some of the staff must work on their bad attitude towards customers.
More specifically, the middle-aged woman with glasses should at least appreciate the effort of the customer (me) talking to her in german instead of plainly shouting back at me.
I won't be coming back, I'll rather shop in other stores.
