Friendly staff and they really make sure you're well taken care of before, during and after your service. They serve you a drink, talk to you through the steps and ask how you are feeling from time to time. After the treatment is done, they give you small samples of their products for aftercare, which I find really great! Just shows they want the best results for their clients. The products worked well on my skin so definitely this won't be the last.

Super advice and customer service. I love that they explain every step of the procedure to you before doing it so you are aware. The practice is clean and bright, and the treatments are meticulous. Stefanie is really nice and did a great job. I will go again.

I’ve been here twice and have had a fantastic experience every time. I was welcomed with a lovely smile from Celina. She was extremely professional, on time and explained every step of the process. She made some recommendations bespoke to me and ensured I was ok and happy as the treatment progressed. I’m already looking forward to the next appointment. Overall a great experience, thank you...

I had 2 lazer hair removal treatments. During the first treatment the parts of skin were missed so in a couple of weeks I had hair growing in clear, straight rows. I approached Katarina with the issue and she offered me to come and finish the treatment. During the second visit they burnt my skin to bleeding and wounds that I had to see the doctor. The response was “it happens and it’s ok”. Well, it’s totally not ok.
Never back again despite great impression at first.

I'm glad to say Katarina is sincere, eager to improve and customer-centered. The beauty treatment itself continues to be good and I saw results with microneedling even after the first time. Thanks Katarina.

Tiffany was the most gentle and passionate person I’ve met in Zürich for the HydraFacial treatment. Very nice experience I can only warmly recommend her. Also the institute is very cosy and cute. See you next time!

It was just the most amazing service that I have never had. Warm welcoming , in a beautiful classy place but makes you feel comfortable. Katharina was so sweet , she explained me every step of the care , gave me advice and samples to take care of my skin for the following days. My skin is already better and i can not wait to see the final result in a few day. I would recommand this place to anyone , this was perfect, 5 stars definetly.
