Such nice people besides great mechanics. I took my bike for minor things like seat adjustment and handle extension.
Jamie did it right there and then. And didn’t even charge me anything.
Great place overall !

I was in this shop yesterday looking for an adapter for my Croozer trailer.
They didn't have the part, but the guy who helped me a lot and a part that I brought as a sample he adjusted it so that it could work perfectly on my trailer.
The truth is a formidable attention
I am planning to change my bike soon and I will definitely buy my future bike here.

Helpful and service oriented, English speaking, highly knowledgeable staff. Prices not the lowest but the quality of service and all infrastructure (digitalized interfaces, test rides, etc) stands out. To improve: consider not charging extra for installing of additional parts (purchased in the sho) on newly purchased bike (in the shop) would take the service to perfection.

Mountain Bike rental. Amazing staff. Great service. Provided for a lifetime memory and awesome ride!

I rented a test bike from Velo Elsener. They were amazing. They gave me incredible service and a top shelf mountain bike with helmet. And a cup of coffee! They gave me directions to the trailhead to a 40-minute climb up the mountain and a man-made mountain bike roller coaster like trail for the downhill. 40 minutes out, and about 12 minutes down.

It is only a 10 - 12 minute ride from the bike shop to the trailhead. And you get to see a lot more of the city then you could ever see on foot.

The views on top were amazing. This is a definite must do if you are in the area.

Excellent Shop and I would highly recommend! I was assisted by Lionel, coming from NL my German was not so good. Lionel provided me with excellent and honest advise in English, and as a result I ended up buying a bike I am really happy with. Also shout out to the folks in the workshop excellent setup of the bike and also thanks to the guy who helped me with adjusting the Suspension who also had great English btw.

Update: just rode the antennentrail this afternoon, super bike!

My mountain bike that I loved was stolen- and it is no longer available so i started research, going to 8 bike shops around zurich and test riding , and online research. Lionel Eaton at Elsner was the only pro that I found who understood exactly what kind of bike best for me instead of just trying to sell me what ever. Highly recommend Lionel and the Elsner team

These guys are incredible. They are all passionate riders themselves. I learn something new about bike maintenance every time I visit the place.

Last time I brought my bike with what I thought was a destroyed rear derailleur, hoping they will have a 12 gear sram in stock. But this Sergei guy performed miracles and brought it back to life. He is a magician!

I bought my new bike from Elsener. I was able to test ride before purchasing and Michael was super helpful. Very happy with my purchase and looking forward to working with them going forward.
