While the store offers great shoes, the service I got was very disappointing. I asked whether they could order a Mephisto shoe pair (this is a Mephisto store) which they did not have in stock, so that i could try it in the store. And they told me: "No, because imagine it does not fit you, what are we going to do with it?". I mean, seriously? You're literally a Mephisto shoe store!

I found the perfect shoes and I had outstanding service. This place is old school, but the woman who helped me was young, polite and very knowledgeable. These are the best shoes I have ever worn.

Top Service. Einfach, speditiv und unkompliziert. Defekter Schuh sofort und ohne "wenn und aber" gratis ersetzt. Nach 18 Std. schon im Briefkasten. Super Leistung. Danke.
