I really like the quality & choice Falke offers and buy my socks and tights on a regular basis. However, I'm not satisfied with the service. In the winter the blond lady demandingly and in a rude tone kept telling to get size M in tights although I know due to my height I need L. Twice I ordered socks which were out of stock, however both times the salesperson did not call me back as promised. But when my partner orderes they manage to call him back. There seems to be some gender issues...

Excellent service and help.from FALKE in Zurich.
Great selection of socks and now their clothing line for men and women. Tops, cardigans, tshirts.
