The Butcher is now part of Kitchen Republic. Friendly personnel, and an easy way to order and pay over the smartphone. And you can choose from different menus and cuisines, so if you go out with multiple people it's easy to find something everyone would appreciate.

And, of course, the Butcher burgers are still some of the best in town!

Really awesome concept with all the different kinds of food at one place. You can order burgers (The Butcher), sushi, korean fried chicken, poke bowls and all that from one place with different kitchens.

the butcher burger was really delicious!

service was a bit weird tho.

it's a bit weird that they automatically add 10%, very unusual for switzerland

Really convenient system of online orders, fast service and tasty food (from sushi to bowls and burgers). Good for the companies with people who has different diets.

Cool concept. Guest order dishes from an Asian, sushi, burger or korean fried chicken kitchen whilst eating in the same restaurant. Perfect when eating with groups with varied tastes. Not a personal fan of the burger and would rank the Asian/sushi as 4 out of 5 stars but really impressed with the chicken which was delicious. Decor was also very trendy and made for an enjoyable environment to eat in.

Delicious and well-priced food in a surprising setting. We had two different poke bowls, both very well balanced in flavours and very different, ~25 francs each. The burgers and sushi also looked great.

You sit at the table and can choose from 5 different niche kitchen styles (sushi, burgers, poke bowls, gyozas and fried chicken). Great service too, and the place is super well decorated, with its own style. Quite a bit of work has definitely gone into it. The terrace is wonderful too, very calm. Plus, we were served within a timeframe of 10 minutes after ordering.

So far my favourite restaurant in Zürich. If I could give it 6 stars (in comparison with everything else), I would

The place is beautiful, good service.
You get to the restaurant scan and order on your phone which in my opinion is a great idea.
They have a good selection of food, sushi, burgers, and apparently an angry chicken ????
I had the burger and it was delicious, especially the bun was exceptional. One of the best burger buns I've had.
Overall great experience and highly recommended.

Lovely place to come as a group, easy to order individual dishes and split payments. Friendly staff and quick service.

The interior is very nicely decorated and the place has a cool and relaxed vibe to it. The staff was very friendly as well but unfortunately the food was not good at all.
The Ice Teas were so sweet you could really not drink them (tasted like sirup), and the burger I had was soggy and the fries dry and old. As far as I can tell the burger comes from the „angry chicken“ restaurant next door which also has bad ratings. It’s a bit a shame as the place and the staff was nice.
