Clean looking hotel and rooms. However, no AC when it was clearly over 25 degrees c. They claimed they weren't allowed to turn it on until it reached that temperature, but even when it went on there was no cold air. It was very hard to sleep as a result. Also, hard to find the parking. On the other hand, the coffee was great and sauna was nice (not the room sauna, the actual sauna they have near the fitness room).

I booked this hotel for a night. We checked in around 8pm and we found out that the temperature in the room was quite hot so before we went out for dinner we just turned it to 20°c which is the minimum. After we came back room, we still found that the room was still hot and the temp on the screen was shown as 24.5°. Then, we went to the front desk to tell them that maybe the A/C had problem but the staff said that their A/C works different from normal A/C, they call it “Cooler”! So, we told them this is not right because on the website exactly shows “A/C not Cooler”. Then the staff went to check the temperature in my room with a thermometer in front of the cooler in my room and it was shown 23.8° which that time we set it on 20° for over 3 hours! We asked them to check if there was any available room to change. First, they said the hotel was quite full and if they gave us another room and the cooler still didn’t work what they can do for us. Then they said they have fans if we are ok (30cm width fans), so I told them we were 3 persons, is it possible if we can get 3 fans. And they said “yes“. After that they told us they can move us to another room so we checked and we felt it quite better but still hot so we asked them can we get the fans. This time they told us they can only give us 1 fan because they have only 3 fans. I have to explained them again that first thing you said you had A/C but then turned out as “cooler”, second thing you accepted that you will give us 3 fans, third we paid for the room with A/C which is the price is higher than non-A/C room in other hotels. So, they gave us 2 fans finally. However, the room was clean and good for staying in winter according to the “cooler” really good works for “heater”! And thank you that solved the problem without saying sorry and making us felted like we were guilty to not able to sleep with that temp. (That night the temp outside the room was hotter than inside so we couldn’t open the windows)

A really great hotel - beautiful, clean, in a great location. The gym and sauna are wonderful. The reception was really welcoming and helped us call a cab to the airport.
Two things:
1) the bathroom door did not close all the way which can be awkward depending on your situation
2) Someone tried to come into our room around midnight one night. (group of 3 girls) luckily we had the chain lock on, but i don't think it had been closed / bolted all the way. there was no sound other than the door getting caught on the chain and by the time i got out of bed to look, there was no one there. I called reception and was told it's fine, someone probably forgot their room number and the receptionist laughed (male may I add) and said i would have just said hi. I really think it was someone will ill intent as there was no drunk stumbling or laughing, no hurrying footsteps or noise as they presumably ran away and they didn't even close the door after it really quickly opened and caught on the chain lock. Super scary!

Very friendly personnel. Comfortable room. Location was great for me personally as was near my target destination and is easy to reach by foot or tram from the city center.

Price per night was OK as well as location near station and airport. However, coming in their A/C was broken down for the entirety of our stay without any notice, no compensation for this and bad customer service from reception, laughing at the comment of no a/c during peak summer time.
I would not recommend staying during the weekend as you can hear the loud bars/clubs across street during the night. Would not come back

super single room was super comfy. i booked 30 mins in advance. staff was helpful. breakfast was good. they watched my luggage as i travelled. good stay overall.

AC IS BROKEN, my room was at 28C/82F. The receptionist did not disclose this when I was checking in (this is a scam). Refused to give me my money, I had to dispute the charge with my credit card. Absolutely disgusting behavior. This is just a scam, DO NOT STAY HERE. Receptionist even tried saying "oh it's working now" after I spent two hours in my sauna of a room. Ridiculous.
